Where the Grizzly Trail RunsA Poem by JHByrdA poem about my roots in Glacier National Park area.Where the Grizzly Trail Runs ~J.H. Byrd~ Where the grizzly slumbers and the
butterflies tower in the skies; adorned divine ridges slumber farther
than sight of keen eyes. They carry your woes down to the
waters by the breeze, there finding solace in the crystal
deeps. Montana mountain valley, bronzed fields and wooded alley, misty mind of the river, woven into me. Across limitless seas and temporal
deserts, none can divert the trail of my heart buried there in your Earth. No matter where I lay, my mind wanders up ancient stairways to the glacier summit springs, where born are the children of
wolflings. Montana mountain valley, emerald ways and wooded alley, misty mind of the river, woven into me. In the cracks of a smile, in the pause of pious words, the mountain spirit is stirred. Underneath the Big Sky, the Hungry Horse wonders by and the Whitefish swims reflecting
starry nights. Huckleberries and grizzly bears, Hi-line streams; a land so rare. I will always be there. © 2020 JHByrdReviews
