Wished Moment.

Wished Moment.

A Poem by J. F. Charleston

Hey there honey
I don't know why
I'm doing this
But here I go
I've gotta tell you

I miss you, girl
I miss the thing we had
I miss your feel and touch
And I guess I'm outta luck

You cross my mind still
Take my feelings away
And I can't move on

I'm sitting here in a bad country song
Where the guy had to ruin everything
I'm know I'm such a fool to be wanting you

You don't want me, but do you miss me
You're something I wish I could redo
But that couldn't ever happen
So I'll miss you until I get over you

I'm sitting here in a bad country song
Where the guy had to ruin everything
I'm know I'm such a fool to be wanting you

It's only been a month and there's no one
That can compare to you

Honey I know I hurt you bad
But we were hurting each other
And I didn't want to bear that

Everyone says that it was a good choice
But maybe they're wrong

I'm wasting away trying to patch up this heart
There isn't any use, you'll just pick it open
I still see you, hear you and dream of you

I only wish I could redo that choice
Hear your overheard voice
And have you back

I'm sitting here in a bad country song
Where the guy had to ruin everything
I'm know I'm such a fool to be wanting you...
