Walker of My Delusions

Walker of My Delusions

A Poem by J. F. Charleston

Deep in the night

Delusions make reality

She wandered into them

And forever we were together

Dangers and feelings

Mix and dissolve

In a trip to India

She lurked too near

And I let her in without fear

Into my castles in the clouds

Her smile never fades

never does she

forever here she'll be

Hands clasped together

as we walk on cotton

underneath the stars above

and the dreaded earth below

She walked into my delusions

the great power of fusions

Kisses never as sweet

emotion never felt

love never so pure

without the walker of my delusions...
