How I see you.

How I see you.

A Poem by JETH

You used to be fun; you used to be a laugh.
Now you don't care what you do anymore.
You don't care who you hurt in your lust for power.

How is it that you still hurt me?
Even though you're not there my heart aches.
You killed my heart after you left.

I used to hang around you.
I used to think how we could have fun.
I used to think what we could do the next day.

Now you are busy with your job.
Now you only care about yourself.
Now you hurt others and me.

The friends you use to be around hate you.
Your family despises you they won’t talk to you.
I hate you so much I wish you would disappear from life.

very strong emotional content. You are obviously putting out your raw feelings and you are very brave for it. Hopefully it will help you heal to express your hurt and your disappointment in poetry. Good for you for being able to be so honest!
peace and love to you,
Danielle
