Limericks Confessions

Limericks Confessions

A Poem by JE Falcon
"

Limericks

"

While on the road to Tipperary

I met a lass who was very hairy

But her kisses were fine

Like strawberry wine

So after she shaved, I asked her to marry.

***

I came to America from my Emerald Isle

To make my fortune in the American style.

But I was disheartened to find

so many of my kind

So I did what I could and remained in denial.

***

Sanders was my grandfather's name

And the Sanders before him sported the same.

He wore it proud,

but not like a shroud,

Which kept his foot in the game.

That first limerick is hilariously honest! My favourite! When you aren't a wine expert like me, and see the words "strawberry wine" you think to yourself... wine can come from strawberries too? Ah i just found that a bit interesting, because I thought it was always grapes... I enjoyed reading your funny limericks!

at least You are HONEST and YOU confess :> :> :> unwanted hair is a suffer for women before men, so good that there is a way to get rid of it so You can marry. the second one makes me a little bit sad, what can we do but to accept the reality! sigh! I think You are great with Limericks, You write them with fun and understood language for us. Thank You for sharing~

Yes, shaving has become a must in modern lust. These were great! I could almost hear an Irish accent as I read them. More please!

Limericks are fun to write. I often find myself writing them when I'm at a loss what else to write. I've written more than 50, so I'm quite often at a loss... lol! I enjoyed the read.
