Giant LimericksA Poem by JE FalconA series of Limericks that tell a humorous story. In the land of giants there was tall, then there was taller than tall, that's all. But the tallest of them was Shamus Mac Tim, and his brothers, "Shorty" and "Small."
The Mac Tim's had neighbors. You know? They were Big, Bigger, and OH-NO. The three together altered the weather cause the sunlight had nowhere to go.
If Shamus tried to bath in the sea, it would empty of water, you see. So, his way to cope was with rain and soap; his scrub-brush was a mighty oak tree.
Shamus had a sister, Katie Mac Tim, who told Bigger that she fancied him. "If you marry me, Lad, You'll be so glad, cause I won't have to tear your limb from limb."
So Bigger proposed, and how, then they held the wedding, right now. Nine months of mirth, then Katie gave birth, and the baby's name was, {Wow!}.
