"I want to see the Manager please. I've a complaint about the Stick-its I purchased yesterday."

"Oh? What seems to be the problem, ma'am?"

"They don't stick."

" ...Say again?"

"When I stick them on something ...my fridge, my wall calendar, they fall off moments later."

"Perhaps you're not pressing hard enough, ma'am."

"I press plenty hard, young man, just like I'm pressing you now. The Manager please!"

The Manager walks over. "Is there a problem, ma'am?"

"Yes! Stick-its exist for the sole purpose of sticking. Yours don't!"

"Are you not acquainted with our Returns Policy, ma'am?"

~

" ...No, I'm not. What is it?"

~

"If you're not satisfied, stick-it!"
