Snow made it simple (Now I can breath.) and we burned our ballads (Let it snow, this blows In the snow that night. (Let it snow, this blows.) (Let it snow, let it freeze, let it burn.) She met an aspiring cartographer today, Like the stripper on Hern with the beautiful house. With the freeze the trees turn to glass. The sky is my concrete floor. First in line (Andromeda Klein) To leave this place (Careful with that ax.) shallow nights, (Speaking silences with you.) Distant dreams. (I'm out of tune.) Snow made it simple (Woah, I wanna go.) and we burned our ballads (Dear gods) In the snow that night. (I really did it this time.) © 2011 John Knowles |
