Sandy Beach

Sandy Beach

A Poem by Bull Dog

I lie upon the sandy beach

Watching the girls go by

Suntanned, bikini clad

I'm in paradise

Suddenly she stands over me

Blocking all my sun

She smiles and waves, but not at me

Boy is he a lucky guy

Back to girl gazing

Under the summer sun

In the heat of the day

Sunburn fills my night
