i loved how you presented the different takes and views and perceptions that all equate to beauty. in a way, you managed to answer the question you posed but the answer is not this one particular thing but that beauty is found anywhere and everywhere. beauty is universal and beauty can not be confined to particular things or views. i also loved the fact that you left it uncluttered, you were clear, concise and simple with yoru choice of words but you managed to get your message across. great job!
You write simple poetry: not simple because it is elementary without message or meaning, but simple to understand. You do not try to be clever or cryptic, or to have readers wondering "What on earth is she going on about?" No! Your poetry is simple in that it conveys its meaning clearly, with well selected words and phrases that appeal. Your words pass on a 'feel good factor', to use a rather trite phrase. They bring pleasure to the simple and also to the complicated soul. Nevertheless, let's mot get too tied up in simplicity. This verse is well balanced, flows well and the emphases are well placed. I think more has gone into its preparation than meets the eye.

I like how the idea of depicting beauty is through images.
It would be nice to have these images given more vivid emotions and colors, like some of those commercials we see on TV perhaps.
It would also be nice to give one or two more depictions, to give that contentment to the reader.
Great form, good choice of words, well imparted message.
I wanted to come back and thank you for sharing this, I had writers block until I read this wonderful poem of yours. These are the words you have inspired me to write.

This morning's dove sits on the edge
Of Its wings of love
Her wings embracing the melodies
Of natures song
The beauty of her sunrise, unfolds
Upon the warmth of gods animated colors
Pulsating in the winds of change
A night to remember
Has faded away
The memory of your fading sun
Bringing this day to rest
Looking into the eyes of the one I love
Seeing another sunrise evolve within the iris
Of her eyes

It's all that and so much more. I like the beautiful images you paint with your words. The last stanza carries so much meaning about not just beauty, but eternal love, faith, and dedication. Your poem reminds me of these John Donne's lines: No spring nor summer beauty hath such grace / as I have seen on one autumnal face.
