Before I can even think of you
For forever you are gone On into oblivion you pass Only so many left until dawn With each tick Another one dies And like all of your kin For you, nobody cries Because who cares About one lousy second When its gone so quickly and the future does beckon But faster then you can fathom The seconds that you waste Can become a life time Wasted in ignorant haste So no matter how quickly No matter how evanescent it is A man should live every second Like it is the last one that's his
