A Poem by J. C. Koch
"

And many of them!

"
Pound out poetry
For any situation
It will slake the pain

Hello dear paper
Whispered the worn down pencil
I think I love you

Tick Tock Tick Tock Tick
Tock Tick Tock Tick Tock Tick Tock
The clock smoothly sings

Opinions fly ‘round
Each fighting for their voice
And they all get lost

Oh so fond are we
Of that which we cannot have
I too am guilty

I walk with bare feet
Around the whole world and back
Just to feel the earth

I write when I can, not because I want to, because I need to. I was introduced to poetry in 3rd grade, and I've been in love with it ever since. My dream is to get published, I'm working on that as yo.. more..
