MotherA Poem by JC FoxJust some random thoughts it could pertain to mother earth or that lady that burst you from her loins
Making sure we’re always safe
Often never realizing their smothering mistakes Thinking that sometimes she never cared
Hating, loving, resentful her feelings sparedEither here or there or everywhere she knowsResentful sometimes our love or hate for mother shows
Mother’s milk is our life Mother is our keeper and his wife Sometimes we never knew her well Sometimes Mother put us through hell No, matter how you spell it In any language, Mother means life Her tender mercies Her harsh words No matter how mother was She gave birth She guides us Nourishes earth Mother She can be our own flesh and blood A friend Or Gaia the mother of the planet Either way Mother never gets treated how she should © 2008 JC FoxAuthor's Note
