Assurance

I was reminded once again by my heart
That I am not empty or heartless
I care, but will remain strong
In the decisions I make
I will not falter away from them
But I will remain diligent
I have found happiness in freedom
To share with someone who is more
More than simply security
A man who has the biggest heart
I have ever seen in any man
And not once during the sympathetic tears that fell
Down my face to the hallway floor
Did I second guess a thing
Not once did I EVER think to revoke
My pinky promise and oath of commitment
Which is a serious thing!
