A plea from a mother to her children

Do you not know what you have done to us?
My beautiful precious, my sweetheart and Sweetpea
Writing her soul to those who use her
To get to me, they have for so long
Why would you make such a decision?
An act in this way, where in this lifetime

We will live to see, to experience
a tragic blood bath of millions
Possibly more, if the walkers have their way
And you never confided in me
You say you're alone, but you fail to see
You are not, and never have been
Why do you pull away from me my dears?
You say you have no one to speak with
But here I am, standing alone on my end
In the abyss, the darkness in between again
Screaming and crying out, no one hears!!
Reaching out, searching and no one takes my hand
I have been here all along
And now in this world, where chaos bleeds
And the shifts have taken their turn of the tides
I feel more alone now than ever
My own from my blood pull faster away
Every upset I have, from frustration
At their deafened ear
Are their hearts so cold now?
What did I do?
Now must I watch as I am laid to rest one day
To another realm, all alone as we came into the world
Begging and pleading to my babies
An extension of me forever and always wanted
Are clouded in a lie of confusion
Lies that are corrupted truth
Twisted and turning within their guts
And they continue to believe the lie
I now shake my head
And watch my tears drown me slowly
