Face

Face

A Poem by J.
"

Another written earlier this year

"

When you believe it all comes tumbling down
Around you, do you not see what you already have?
Some things can bring new and better
But you give up too easy
And the sorrow carries one away into the shadows once more
Waiting in hopes one could be saved
Taken away from all of this
Will another heed the pleas and cries
Before it is too late?
And you, the one I address cannot see
You do when it suits you
And you keep running
From all that has always been before you
From what was presented
In spite of it all

absolutely reflective and captures awareness set as a gaze to ponder
the nature f life and desires, and how to be grateful for the things that
can so easily be overlooked, you imagine with heightened passion
and your words flow with clarity and sentiment to that of the classics
and beautifully defined. gentle and certain. keep up the amazing work :)
