Just Another Hole

Just Another Hole

A Poem by James Probert
"

Allot of people just walk out of our lives without a care as to what it will do to the people they are leaving. I hold every person in my life close to my heart. So... I wrote this.

"

Another rip tears

Right through my heart.

Feels like the world

Is falling apart.

Again I will walk

Down this road alone.

People leave easy

But what they don't know,

Is when they are gone,

There's another hole.

The heart is a puzzle

And my pieces are lost.

No chance for completion;

To connect the dots.

Where once was light,

Now it is dark.

Ignition is broken;

No possible spark.

My engine is dying;

I cease to exist.

My happiness fading

And I can't resist.

These holes are wide open.

Everything's seeping through.

I can't seem to stop it.

Nothing I can do.

This flood of emotion

Pours out my soul.

Redemption is hopeless

With all of these holes.
