A child's letter to Santa

Dear Santa, the Great Clause,

I decorated a Christmas tree on Tuesday and I felt bad about it. Seen the green, lively tree bogged down by hard, rough plastics and glasses, I felt guilty of been the helper. Albeit the tree was fake, the guilt did not leave; even though I was glad the tree was fake, the guilt still did not leave; although it was for the happiness of mankind, the guilt never left. Instead, an image of a soul trapped in manmade plastics appeared in my head. So, here I am, asking for your forgiveness as a person who helped to harm an innocently fake Christmas tree. Please do forgive me for imprisoning your tree and make it suffer around trashes. I won’t ever do it again; so, please don’t take away my presents. However, you may take away others’ presents who harmed the pitiful tree without regret.

               Passively Awaiting Your Reply
One of your children who thought the decorated Christmas tree is the ugliest tree
                                   EVER
