This crazy poet is making it day to day

But happy when the bills are all made.

Writing his rhymes out in his own unique way,

Not caring if they are ever displayed.

 

Words that are written in haste,

More than what one would think,

Leave such a foul and bitter taste.

While concede a manic poetic wink.

 

Coffee drunk in oceans over the years,

Sobriety has been such a friend.

Sharing with the world hopes and fears,

But does it really make a difference in the end?

 

Madhouse dreams of words published,

Never really sure of why I do what I do.

All of the poets I try to uplift,

Makes the inspiration run me through!

I like your first stanza alot

Not caring if they are ever displayed." - this stanza makes me think that this poet is doing his art for the love of it, not caring if he gets noticed for his talent or not
