The Touch of His HandA Poem by J Todd Underhill10/26/2021If God were to pull me from earth this day, And bring me close to kneel as his footstool. The first words in heaven I would say, Would be “Holy cow, Damn, that was so cool!” I count my blessings each and every night, As I lay my head down to go to sleep. I look back on what I’ve done with delight, It is so damned sweet that it makes me weep. I wake up each day with drive and fervor, Ready to embrace what the day may bring. Your humble poet and mere observer, Knowing life is such a wondrous thing. I thank God for planning my life so grand, All things are blessed with the touch of his hand. 10/26/2021 © 2021 J Todd UnderhillReviews
