Flaming Phalanges

The Order has been hidden; lying dormant for years.
The lone surviving member clandestine by the oaths taken.
Awaiting the time to begin anew.
Years... Decades have rolled by.
Initiatory rites rewritten and preformed.
Embracing the Muses' call; enslaved by them.
Each clock tick brings us closer to reemergence;
Where old oaths will be recited by new writers.
The old poet remembers line by line every word,
As he prepared to bring forth the order once more.
Waiting for the one poet to show the signs,
To show their dedication to their craft.
When they are found the ceremony will adjourn;
with brilliant flashes of blue light.
Radiating through writes after darkened times.
When they are found...
When the chosen one has been spotted...
... Resistance is futile.
