Dear Whatever

Dear Whatever

A Poem by Tears of Happy Sorrow
"

This is just a silly song I wrote at work.

"

If I were a snake, a spider or a crain

I'd just hang around by myself all day

If I were a ghost or a shadow on the wall

I'd never care about you at all

*But as it turns out I'm just a girl

Finding her way in the big bad world

I spend all my money on movies and games

Then I spent an hour out at the arcade

I work at the movies with Sarah and Ben

And the managers sitting around in their sin

Well I'm not as crazy as people like to think

I just like to talk like I'm on the brink

So if I were a snake, a spider or a crain

I'd just hang around by myself all day

(Repeat* twice)

If I were a ghost or a shadow on the wall

I'd never care about you at all
