Pretending you are sleeping It's not funny anymore Please wake up Please breathe again for me Why don't you open your eyes? You said we would play today You're supposed to be angry by now You promised you would be around forever Please breathe again for me Why are you so cold Even though I've fetched All the blankets I can find? Are you feeling ill? Please breathe again for me Why do they tell me to let go of your hand? Why are they dragging me away? But no matter how much I kick and scream You do not stir or wake Please breathe again for me The monsters took you away Even though you were just asleep And now you are buried under ground And they say it's going to be okay But it's not Please breathe again for me © 2011 Iyasumi |
