The Story UntoldA Poem by Ivy Smiley
In the world of secretcy,
in the hide away of truth, the only thing that keeps me here, is anything but you, you're like a deep throating pit of doom, you're something I can't amuse, you're a thought in my spiteful brain, that makes me want to re-arange, and in this dark and stormy road, you head down so a story is told, the story is a fable, a story untold, the story of the princess without the toad, she lived a happy life, had everything she wanted, maybe one thing was missing, but she thought she'd never fond it, so that was the story of the story untold, this story should stay there, untold and unfolded, so one day it'll fly away, in the musty stormy path it arothed with, then maybe I can be okay, in the world of the hide-aways © 2014 Ivy SmileyAuthor's Note
