Crossed Fingers

Crossed Fingers

A Poem by Ivey

Blare the music loud

Let it cover up your own screams

Because no one else will,

You sit alone

Feel the tears run down your face

Silently drowning in your own pool of tears,

But all isn't lost

Just keep your fingers crossed,

and pray that someone comes alone to dry your eyes.
