The Fear.

The Fear.

A Poem by Maximus
"

This poem describes the fear with its impact on human lives.

"
In the darkest corners of the mind's abyss,
Where shadows dance and doubts persist,
There lies a force that grips the soul,
A haunting presence that takes its toll.

Fear, a relentless and cunning foe,
Whispers of failure, it loves to sow,
It creeps and crawls, like a venomous snake,
Injecting doubt with every move it makes.

It preys on dreams, on hopes and desires,
Feeding on weakness, stoking inner fires,
It paralyzes, rendering us weak,
Leaving us trembling, afraid to speak.

Fear, a master of deception and disguise,
It wears many masks, each one a guise,
It masquerades as caution and concern,
But beneath the surface, it seeks to burn.
