Boredom becomes alive

Boredom becomes alive

A Poem by Andrew

In this place with four walls
that's like a prison
supposedly to be called my room
though it's so plain
why do I choose to stay in here
locked up like a prisoner
letting the days go
and my eyes watch them pass
as they run out like my life is
running out on me
I go so crazy on the inside
yet I remain so calm on the outside
thinking of ways to survive
yet I think it's eating me alive
you try to bare this boringness
It changes your life
just watch it as it flashes before your eyes
and these images will come alive

At least this great poem came out of being bored in your room :)

This is really nicely written! And clever as well. You're a pretty good writer.

Thank you so much I appreciate it.
I really enjoyed this piece of work, I can really relate to what you are saying here. It brings out this, ugh my days are dragging on. I like the fact its simple, short, and gets to the point. good job! enjoyed!

Thank you I try haha
This is a great piece! I feel it has a little mystery and still has the right amount of mystery to it! Love it!
