HeartbrokenA Poem by Andrea Celine G.
There she was, back on the ground,
She wept and wept not making any sound. For the boy she love, loves someone else, It feels like she's thrown to many wells. It hurts so much but she's used to it. She's tormented, she stared at her feet. She fakes a smile to hide the pains, She's heartbroken, it always rains. I saw her crying, she's been tortured, Her silent weepings, he never heard. He was so blinded, Her heart was also binded. Soon, she'll realize that she don't need him, That everything was just a bad dream. Soon, she'll forget and move on, Then there, he'll be overdrawn. Don't cry because of him, He isn't good for you, it seem. There's someone better out there, Longing for the smell of your hair. Don't bother that boy who ignored you, You're prettier than a morning dew. He'll soon realize you're holding the stars, In your eyes, they're hidden just like old scars. Why shut your world down? Continue walking and fix your crown. You don't need to shed a tear, For loosing him won't be your fear. © 2016 Andrea Celine G. |
