Dear Former To Be Ex Lovers

Dear Former To Be Ex Lovers

A Poem by Isolophobe

Eh, I recapitulated us into something

I could love.

Into a moment we shared each other

And didn't feel any less than

Vicariously selfish.

I apologize for the manner

Of my thoughts.

Surely you and any woman who

Respects her body wouldn't

Want to know what I imagined

But I saw you like I've never seen you.

However, I must'nt apologize entirely.

You see, you were as unclothed as you're probably

Ashamed to ever be.

I dressed you in my adoration.

I couldn't help but stare at every inch.

Nor could I help but to touch each as well.

And you seemed to enjoy every position.

Multiple times. Even my embrace

Satiated the you inside that you couldn't reach.

So I'm only sorry that we couldn't actually

Do all those things together.

Instead I had to think them up

In a lonely gaze into the abyss of

My inner eyelids.
