Indelible

Indelible

A Poem by Isadora Cupcake

You are ingrained
Deep in the
Tunnel of my core
Making marks that
Cannot be erased

Sidewalk chalk
No matter how many
Times it rains
Amazingly is still there

A permanent tattoo
Woven like cotton-wool
On the fibers of my heart
Forever indelible
Forever changed

Whether you meant for the sexual innuendo in the beginning, I have no clue, but I enjoyed that particular start. I've always been enticed by the destruction of someone from the inside, it has a sort of malicious beauty to it.
