Dark Black

Dark Black

A Poem by Rebecca Isherwood
"

High School Era- One of my favs.

"

Abuse, Torture
Excruciating pain
Pins and needles
Piercing every vein
Head pulsating
With damaged nerves
Tight black leather
Forcing new curves
Trying to escape
Endlessly clawing
Fresh new scars
A skin deep drawing
Pouring and dripping
Even a flood
Staining, reddening
Drenched in blood
The hurt goes on
Eternities long
Hold your breath
You must be strong
Toughen up
Face your fears
When you wake
I’ll wipe your tears.
