She Done It

She Done It

A Poem by Rebecca Isherwood
"

High School Era- about the excessive violence in schools.

"

A thoughtless ordinary day
To school they all go
A murderer is on her way
If only they could know
They see nothing new
The same hum drum stuff
Stuck on one point of view
This girl, she’s had enough
She wanted recognition and fame
But all they gave her
Was torture and shame
The necessary was to occur
Her weapon concealed
With it drawn her feelings
Will be revealed
She’ll have them kneeling
Begging her to stop
She’ll only taunt them more
Her arm will not drop
They all think she’s crazed
She finally smiles, an evil grin
They’re all scared and dazed
She’s done. Now she’ll do herself in.
