Enjoyment

Enjoyment

A Poem by Rebecca Isherwood
"

old poem- high school era

"

Crying of fears
Deep in depression
I see you there
At the bottom
An endless abyss
Bleeding tears
Good times forgotten
Dwelling in darkness
Surrounded by
Demons you’ve created
They’re tearing at you
Ripping you to shreds
Breaking you in pieces
Screaming, screeching
Destroying you
You made them this way
They too, live in pain
Seeing what you see
They are blind.
Living to wreak havoc
They know no joys
They simply exist
As your precious toys.

Wooh.....so much for the name sake...enjoyment...But how can a mere enjoyment be turned into a filthy monstor... a deamon...that dwells at the bottom of your existence...i wonder!

Anyways.....a very powerful portrait of a person clutched with depression and pathless emotion...i would'nt like to be in that state but ofcourse it comes naturally to every one of us.

And...seeing what you see....they are blind...yes the emphasis is that they can't visualize right from wrong and are bound to see as their host does....here you can say..." Seeing only what you see ... as they are blind ". I guess.

Again....very powerful...depressive and extreme helplessness...phewww.
