Storm WalkerA Poem by The Iron HorsemanA poem about the peace to be found at the heart of a raging storm.
I stand upon the seashore, Amidst the raging storm. I have been here many times before, In many different forms.
Sometimes I am the thinker, Clearing my head. Sometimes I am the mourner, Communing with the dead.
Sometimes I am the lightning, Striking down my foes. Sometimes I find it frightening, Conjuring my woes.
In the waves pounding on the beach, I see vast forces held at bay. As the wind extends its reach, I feel troubles ripped away.
As wild forces whirl around me, They reach into my soul. I was born beside the sea, Her rages make me whole.
