Carry on, confidently

Carry on, confidently

A Poem by Heath Muchena

What more does a man stand to lose
If he’s already lost his confidence?

Many men don’t succeed because they don’t think they can
And it is true also, that many more have much confidence in others
But none whatsoever in themselves

However, the man of absolute confidence
Who says I can and I know
Is by definition a king
Making the kingliest among men
Those who believe they can do, know how to, and then do

Remember, when we behold the beauty and scent of a rose, we forget the thorn
So too, must we look past immediate hurdles, and focus on the goal
