Time Enough For Two

Time Enough For Two

A Poem by Inyourshadow
"

Time is a prescious commodity

"

No watch hands ever touched my skin
as soft as did yours.

No watch face was ever gazed upon
as gently as was yours.

No watch ever encased a beat my love
as soft as your sweet heart sweetheart.

No watch was ever as strapped
as we two when first wed.

Nor did any watch clasp as tight
as I too you in private hours.

No watchmakers skill could ever craft
a gift such as you my dear.

No watch was ever so tightly wound
as the bonds that bind us one.

So while we have the time my love
let us not save nor waste it but simply enjoy it...

A Soft wonderful poem here, the comparison to a prescious time piece makes this stand out. I personally have dated woman who can make a clock stop just by looking at it, they also could make a train take a dirt road to avoid them. Glad I finally found the gem I have been married to for 18 years as she is beyond compare!
