![]() Butterfly KissesA Poem by Inyourshadow![]() The wings of love![]()
Autumn arose on russet wings,
fanning last scent from wilted blooms. And has the nightjar softly sings, awakening the sleeping tombs. Cocoon bursts forth in rainbow hues, as silk spun lace of floral gown. Covers the frame once wracked with blues, shedding woes that weighed her down. The midnight moth soon caught her eye, and promised her his heart and more. So day and night in twilight sky, taste the nectar of a'mour. So if you seek to know romance, give up the past and take a chance. © 2011 InyourshadowAuthor's Note
