Should I Trust You?

Should I Trust You?

A Poem by Dead

You tell me to trust you,
But you know what I've been through,
And you want to talk to the same girl,
He dated after me,
It makes me feel like I want to hurl,
And you don't see,
The moment you asked to talk to her my light went out,
And that voice inside head started screaming,
It fills me with doubt,
He's going to leave you for her they say,
My head is reeling,
I hate the light of day,
Because with it comes feeling.
You say you'll never leave me,
You'll never cheat,
But can't you see,
Trusting you is a feat,
You could just be pretending,
That you only care about her,
Maybe this love is neverending,
But I'm not sure.
