Drowning Within

Drowning Within

A Poem by Darkened_drear

I cannot breathe neath this stormy, stabbing, and stagnate river of rhinestone realization

Drifting in an endless sea of fucked ,frazzled, fretting misery

Hating myself comes so easy with your calloused, cruel, contradicting fingers clasped around my frail fragile throat

I sigh as my lungs burn when you again take it to far with my heart pelvitating as you finish ripping it radically out

Forcing me to stand as you make me vomit up my last shred of dignity

Trying so damned hard to cut you from my soul for the blood is pooling while death begins drooling from this cracked jaw

Cut out my tongue so I cannot scream and my dreams wittle and wither

Trapped in a prison of poses and tombstones turned over

My name scribbled on every stone and baby I am almost completely gone

So you win

Embracing my bitter end

About
I am Becky Cooper and Im not perfect. All my flaws show but they do not define me because I have a strong heart and who I am is what makes me myself. My favorite color is black because it drowns out a.. more..
