Becky, I read your whole bio with fascination because even though I am way older than you we seem to have been cut from similar cloth. My bipolar disorder and associated stigma have always separated me from mainstream and I actively oppose trends rather than follow them. I plan to read a lot more of your writing...I am a devotee of darkness and incorporate it into a lot of my writing. This short poem says so much is so few words since your style seems to be 'right to the point,' no f*****g around. I am sending you a friend request and hope that you will accept.
