Done with the drama done with the games
Why can't anything ever remain the same?
I try and breathe in and out like they say
Each day I'll pray
For once I wish for things to calm down
Just actually focus on what's going on around
But I'm cursed with these thoughts and feelings in my heart and mind
Unaware of what I'm trying to find
Possible that normal could be true
Picked on for once believing in you
God, I'm alone and need you here
Don't let me shed another tear
Lost with no direction or guide
Needing to get off this roller coaster ride
Because a long time ago I thought i was wrong
But boy did we have it all wrong
So as your imaginary arms wrap around me tonight
I'm finally going to trust you with this inner fight.

Lots of things happen in life that we later regret. The secret is just to let them go, or, give them to God and ask him to deal with them. I am sure He has dealt with worse things before. Then you can relax, as you suggest in your poem, and allow yourself to feel that warm and peaceful love. Well done for writing this heart felt poem.
