A poem by Corinna Bridgebury

"

Time flies;

I would that it would crash land

And leave me here

Alone in an endless moment

Pen in my hand and

Paper before me.

Ideas flow unceasing

Unstressed and untimed

The one unplanned moment

In an overly planned schedule.

Please, time, leave me here;

Leave me in peace.

I can complete relate to wanting more time, especially when I have a pen in my hand. Well expressed. NH
