why a little, short wind plays
watching the music

Winter and music are two concepts that work together very vividly in my mind and this poem marries them nicely. I like how you used the word "plays" and personified the wind.
I am curious about your use of the word "why". I can't quite connect it to the poems meaning.

I just love this format - and - in your share, you have encapsulated the essence of the subject matter most accurately - I can see the wind creating a little swirl of snow outside a frosted windowpane - nice one... :-)
