A Kiss Goodbye

A Kiss Goodbye

A Poem by Matt T. M.

"
A slight kiss - do I dare
Pursue the lips of which I stare?
The dilemma of this
Is whether you'll return my kiss.

So I'll guide your eyes closed,
Leaning in closer, nose-to-nose
And I'll make my move
As if I had something to prove.

Parting from your lips,
Removing my hands from your hips,
I suddenly feel
A loss of interest in the real.

All that now mattered
Was how to leave your tongue flattered
And your lips in bliss,
I longed to give you such a kiss!

Going back for more,
I kissed you harder than before.
No plans on stopping,
Letting bodies do the talking.
