My Point of ViewA Poem by Princ3ss_26When someone else lives in the past you wish for them to look forward. To better themselves. Hopefully one day, that person can move on.
Time progresses and you have yet to change.
Your mentality has stayed the same. Do you have a hard time growing up? Is insulting others, your lash out on the world? How can you live with yourself? I've envisioned you with a family of your own. Beautiful wife and kids. A condo. A car. Family vacations. Laughter and joy. Happiness. But my vision for you is something you only wish to accomplish with me. No, it can't be that way. I've moved on. You stayed behind where I couldn't. I learned to be alone. I learned to triumph. I learned to give importance where it is needed. I pray one day you find your rock. I pray you find home within the heart of another soul. I pray that happiness overcomes you and that you show it effortlessly. I pray that by all means, you grow up. Find yourself.
