i really see this as hopeful ...at the end i feel this speaker has finally found a love to cling to...one that makes him no longer feel like the lone mountain.

Every time I go back, even though I haven't lived there for much more than a year since becoming an adult, it still feels like home. Generally, I like it. Makes me feel a myriad of conflicting emotions. Though I'm not overly fond of rhyming poems these days, I think it worked well with your piece. Bravo. :)
