I knowA Poem by Mark
I can't break free of my own microcosm to immerse in the macrocosm.
Stuck on the treadmill, the terrible and lonely ecstasy of knowing, its a thirst and hunger to want to know more, and knowledge satiates but... it refuses to digest, it grapples with my mind tears my heart, freezes my soul. I want to know, I want to burn, I want to... share and not feel so alone. There has to be someone who can see, who can share. Someone who can sooth this fire. So much time I waste looking for oblivion, and I have so little time left to waste. © 2016 MarkFeatured Review
