Pain cure

Pain cure

A Poem by Mark

It starts in my heart
creeps into my soul
poisons my universe

Filling my head
pouring out my eyes
braiding my thoughts

Where is the white?
The sweetness and balm?
I rummage the medicine cabinet for love.

The battle between pain and love, to maintain the balance you have to experience both. Love, indeed will cease through all the pain. very nice sir.

Thank you for reading :)
Nothing like a medicine cabinet rummage. You have expressed a darkness with a whiteness of image, a clarity. Do not change anything. Poetry is not a can of beans, to go up, or down, in price. Thank you Mark, and thank you also for commenting on my poems so sweetly. I am sorry to be so lame (as the kids say) in getting back to you.

Thank you dear noodles :)
I'd stay with one tense, so change "filling" to "fills" in second stanza and so on. "Where is the white?" lovely line.
