A Morning Haiku

A Morning Haiku

A Poem by Mark
"

All these senryus going around, I thought I'd get in on the fun. Saw this sight and was inspired, somewhere in Ohio on Route 30 near the Indiana border.

"
Gray- white mists hover
Sun tries in vain to touch Earth
Clouds got to her first.

Romantic and dreamy... perfect description of the view out a window laying in bed cuddling. ;-)

I love this, Mark. It feels like the sun is yearning for the earth and he was beat out by the clouds! Poor sun..
