"

Abstract Colors and Stuff

"

Add water color to my black and white.

Colors of an enigmatic sunburst shatter bright.

And somewhere down that black line, we'll come to an intersection of gold.

Where the people are crazy and their colors burst bold.

In the dark dimension, we will dance in showers of blue.

Wild flowers drenched in technicolor dew.

Nestled in charcoal smudges we'll find a stream of colored stones.

Then we were tossed from these vibrant zones.

Funny how you used different colours. To me, the idea was clear and I enjoyed it very much. Reminds me of a musical I had to do, with colours. I had green as colour. But anyways, nice poem. Well penned.

Its basicly these people trapped in an artists palette, or you could perceive it as a reference tothe gay community, or a good drug trip

hmm...very nice!! lol....this had me thinking some random stuff....I imagined it was a poem about heaven for gay people and they were ambushed from this heaven....and forced to live in a conservative world, unnatural to their being.....

I know, far fetched but that's what this poem made me think...very unique!! great write ;)

This is the first poem I've seen here formatted suitably, except for those with little or no formatting at all. Just for that you deserve a prize, although I'd be interested to see it published in the colourful way you've done it here. The poem is superb, it shows a good ear for alliteration and rhyme, but I think even you'll admit it will lose a crucial part of its appeal if it was in black font. 'Technicolo[u]r dew' is a nice image. Thank you for posting this.
